耐腐蝕真空泵的工作原理是,當(dāng)泵內(nèi)充滿水時(shí),葉輪旋轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)生離心力,葉輪通道內(nèi)的水被甩向外邊,在作用的離心力作用下面流入泵殼,于是葉輪中間的壓力降低,低于進(jìn)水管內(nèi)的壓力,水在作用的壓差作用下從吸水池流入葉輪。這樣水泵就可以持續(xù)吸水供水。
除了葉輪的作用,螺旋泵殼的作用也很重要。從葉輪獲得能的液體流出葉輪時(shí)有很大的作用。液體被收集在螺旋泵殼中,動(dòng)能在后擴(kuò)散管中轉(zhuǎn)化為壓力能。與其他類型的泵相比,耐腐蝕真空泵具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、磨損小、運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定、噪音低、出水均勻、調(diào)節(jié)方便、效率高的優(yōu)點(diǎn),因此化學(xué)真空泵得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。
